Quality and Food Safety Objectives of Tapada de Coelheiros, Ltd. for 2023/2024
- Continuously improve and update the Quality Management System and Food Safety (QMSFS) according to NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018.
- Fulfill compliance obligations, including legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, as well as those related to quality, environment, and food safety.
- Value the commitment and contribution of all employees, fostering and valuing teamwork to continuously improve process effectiveness.
- Maintain and improve facilities and equipment and ensure their correct use.
- Improve process efficiency and consequently reduce consumption (energy, water, and fossil fuels).
- Practice Integrated Production Management (MPB) and Biodynamic Agriculture for the ecological balance of Tapada de Coelheiros, Ltd., increasing resilience to climate change and meeting the demands of more environmentally-conscious markets.
- Produce and provide consumers with safe products by implementing a true food safety culture among all staff and applying HACCP and PPRO plans.
