The mild and dry spring and summer reduced disease pressure and allowed for an extended growing season, favoring phenolic ripening. This contributed to the production of red wines with <strong data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"463\">intense aromas, ripe fruit notes, and subtle hints of spices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"1079\"><strong data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"501\">Tapada de Coelheiros Red 2021<\/strong>, a reflection of this vintage, is produced from <strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"572\">Cabernet Sauvignon<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"598\">Alicante Bouschet<\/strong> grapes. It shows an <strong data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"665\">intense ruby color with garnet reflections<\/strong>. On the nose, it is <strong data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"709\">complex and elegant<\/strong>, revealing notes of blackberry and cassis, spices, cedar, and a subtle touch of vanilla from oak aging. On the palate, it is <strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"850\">full-bodied<\/strong>, with fine tannins and balanced acidity that enhance freshness.
