Produced exclusively from <strong data-start=\"226\" data-end=\"236\">Arinto<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"253\">Roupeiro<\/strong> grapes, the fruit comes from the <strong data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"317\">Vinha da Sobreira-de-Baixo<\/strong>, planted in 2008 next to a small grove of cork and holm oaks.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"521\">This dry-farmed vineyard, situated at an average altitude of 280 meters, grows in sandy granite soils with naturally balanced fertility.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"773\">The surrounding ecosystem\u2014including montado woodland, forests, sheep, birds of prey, and many other species\u2014helps control pests naturally and maintain vineyard balance, which is essential for practicing <strong data-start=\"726\" data-end=\"770\">regenerative and sustainable viticulture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"1196\">Currently, the entire Tapada de Coelheiros estate is managed according to <strong data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"900\">organic and regenerative agriculture principles<\/strong>, a central pillar of the brand\u2019s philosophy.
