With elegance and notable complexity, each vintage reflects the meticulous effort and attention we dedicate to this territory. The Tapada de Coelheiros 2013 is no exception. Despite the adverse climatic conditions and significant temperature fluctuations during the 2013 harvest, this wine achieved good maturation, becoming balanced with silky tannins. Eleven years post-harvest and seven years since it was last available, we are delighted with the extraordinary evolution that time has bestowed upon it.\u201d<\/em><\/span><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Despite the meteorological challenges faced in 2013, the vineyards and surrounding ecosystems demonstrated resilience and adaptability. Following fermentation, the wine underwent a 5-day maceration period, with malolactic fermentation occurring naturally in the tank.
