This vineyard has the particularity of being surrounded by a dense forest of cork oaks and holm oaks, as well as two water lines, including proximity to the Arraiolos stream. This strategic location has resulted in alluvial deposits, giving the surface soil a texture that ranges from sandy-clayey to sandy-silty. In depth, there is a layer with a gravelly texture, facilitating drainage and promoting root development. The soils are of granitic origin, and the grape variety is Petit Verdot, sourced from massal selection. The plot area is 1ha.
